A total of 38 retail cases presented online had to be voted on. These were divided into the areas: things worth seeing in the Covid period, retail technologies, marketing, service & store design, omnichannel and eCommerce.
In the "Retail Omnichannel" category, the jury was also impressed by the mobile solution from ROQQIO, with which, as the reasoning stated, "shops can be seamlessly integrated into an omnichannel experience, as it offers countless application possibilities". That put the ROQQIO solution in first place! However, ROQQIO showed once again how well omnichannel can succeed, the jury continued. What is meant is the joint case with the online first omnichannel retailer ROSE Bikes. This means that ROQQIO also achieved third place.
“The solutions we presented stand for what sets ROQQIO apart: we enable retailers to offer their customers a consistent, contemporary customer journey. In this respect, the top positions 1 and 3 are a great confirmation and at the same time an incentive to keep working on it," said ROQQIO Managing Director Mario Raatz yesterday after the winners were announced.
