You can now quickly and easily connect ROQQIO merchandise management to the platforms Schuhe24, Outfits24 and Sportmarken24. The product data is transferred from the merchandise management system to the platforms via interfaces and sales can begin.
Together with Jana and Gert Griehl, Stefan Richter runs six stores on Usedom, two of which are franchise shops with the brands Marc O'Polo, SuperDry and L'Occitane. He has been selling these on the Outfit24 platform since April 2020. To date he has sent more than 150 packages. Although this is no compensation for the loss of sales due to the store closures, it is still a welcome additional business.
Richter on his steps into digital commerce:
In addition to online trading, Richter sees the liberalization of opening times as a necessary step. Opening stores on Sundays and public holidays can help retailers recover faster from the crisis and better offset lost sales from store closures, especially in areas heavily dependent on tourism. This would also strengthen brick-and-mortar retail compared to e-commerce and give brick-and-mortar retailers the opportunity to react flexibly to customer wishes or seasonal demands.
