ROQQIO Group continues to grow

Closer to our customers in Austria: service4work IT Solutions GmbH from Schwechat, Austria, has been part of the ROQQIO Group since October 1, 2021.

The company service4work was already our long-standing implementation partner for ROQQIO solutions in the Austrian market - and is now a 100 percent ROQQIO subsidiary. The company, which has been established in Austria for over 20 years, has been supporting many of our retail customers there for a long time with complete services and hardware for everything to do with the point of sale. For company founder Marius Giovanelli, who is retiring for personal reasons, the new step offers a positive perspective: "Thanks to the integration into the ROQQIO Group, I am sure that everything will continue in my interest. I will personally accompany the transition over the next few months.”

 

And we at ROQQIO are pleased to strengthen the contact with our existing customers in Austria and to be able to offer an even better and more direct service through our own local location. “As a result of the takeover, we will have a much closer connection between the locations in the future. This will mean that we, as ROQQIO, will learn more about the needs of our customers more directly and more directly and will thus be able to align our portfolio with the requirements of the important, strategic market of Austria," says Dirk de Beer, CEO of ROQQIO.

Users of the ROQQIO solutions in Austria can continue to rely on the many years of experience of the IT experts they know, because the personnel structure of the subsidiary at the Austrian location in Schwechat will remain and will be further expanded in accordance with the growth targets set by ROQQIO.
