Trend lectures, short videos and live chat - from January 26th to 28th, 2021, the Digital Fashion Week is an interactive platform for the fashion industry and its IT partners. We will show what the digital reorientation in fashion retail can look like.
Together with a customer from the fashion trade, Christian Jürs, Director Sales Retail at ROQQIO, will make the topic of omnichannel for the fashion industry tangible at 3:15 p.m. on the third day of the event. Omnichannel stands for seamless shopping on the part of the customer via networked sales channels on the part of the retailer. The omnichannel services that have already become a matter of course for customers today include "Click & Collect" and "Instore Return" - both processes that take the exit from online orders. The ROQQIO Instore App, a solution for mobile devices that is being used by the first ROQQIO customers, bridges the gap between online and offline technology.
In order to offer customers omnichannel services, however, it is not enough to use individual tools, to renew the cash register software or to make the merchandise management system fit. Different systems and processes in the background are required. With its know-how and its products, ROQQIO can already roll out an omnichannel landscape as standard.
