Eyecatchers at the EuroShop: ROQQER Café and ROSE Bike

The ROQQIO stand at the trade fair was a topic of conversation for its visitors. The omnichannel company presented its solutions as a concept store – online and stationary.

roqqio-standBig appearance for the ROQQIO apps on tablet and smartphone as well as the ROQQIO solution for e-commerce: At the EuroShop 2020, the software company showed for the first time with the help of its own ROQQIO web shop how it accompanies its customers on the subject of omnichannel.

Stand A45 in Hall 6 was set up as a concept store that illustrated how ROQQIO brings stationary retail and e-commerce together. Visitors found hoodies, drinking bottles, power banks and more here. In order to position itself in the environment of more than 100,000 trade fair visitors, the Hamburg software house made its offer very striking. And the visitors were able to go through the shopping process with Click & Collect: they ordered a drinking bottle with a voucher in the web shop and then received a barcode by e-mail. This was then scanned in the concept store using the in-store app, thus completing the sale. The ROQQIO Commerce Cloud is responsible for the underlying processes. This takes the order from the web shop and forwards it to the in-store app.

At the booth, the ROQQER café, which served up original drinks, was also a hit. An additional eye-catcher was a ROSE bike on the wall. The expanding ROQQIO customer from Bocholt successfully develops and sells wheels in the premium segment - and relies on ROQQIO solutions for its online-first and omnichannel logic in the end customer business.
