Anyone who already uses the ROQQIO Commerce Cloud in e-commerce can now also integrate Amazon Pay. This allows buyers in online shops to select another - mostly already familiar - payment method. Manual entries and checkout times are reduced with Amazon Pay, because the payment data of those customers who are also active as Amazon buyers are already stored at Amazon. This makes it easier for online shoppers to complete the order and avoids shopping cart abandonment. If there is a return, the retailer also benefits from problem-free processing of the repayment with the ROQQIO Commerce Cloud and Amazon Pay.
The Amazon Pay connection is not just an additional benefit for our customers. It is also another reason to rely on the ROQQIO Commerce Cloud, which allows all relevant systems in e-commerce to communicate reliably with each other. Because the SaaS solution connects e-business with the existing IT as well as with other desired sales channels or payment service providers - such as Amazon Pay - and automates the associated processes.
And this is how the connection works for our customers: Once the contract and account with Amazon Pay are sealed, all that remains is to get Commerce Cloud support on board. The ROQQIO Support then sets up the connection to the new interface in the Commerce Cloud. The shop operator adds - usually via plug-in, Amazon Pay as a new payment method in the shop.
