The ROQQIO instore app is constantly being further developed. In the new version, for example, inventory can be taken both online and offline.
The ROQQIO Instore App not only stands for a smooth omnichannel customer experience, but also for simplified branch processes. The current version includes other user-friendly innovations. This includes a function that affects the use of the ROQQIO instore app as a convenient inventory tool. With the ROQQIO Instore app on the smartphone, the inventory team can scan the location and space barcodes using a smartphone camera or an additional scanner module. Manual input of scan codes is of course just as possible as corrections. What is new, however, is the "offline inventory" function, which means that if a connection to the ERP backend system is not possible, the offline inventory can be started by scanning a QR code. The recorded data is then stored locally until it is transferred to the backend.
All-rounder with Click & Collect
The ROQQIO Instore App is a customer-friendly all-rounder on the tablet or smartphone. With the omnichannel services Click & Reserve and Click & Collect, retailers build the bridge between their stationary business and the web shop. Customers can order online and have the goods delivered to the store to try on or take away. The notification of the customer to pick up his goods is triggered automatically and can now optionally be sent via SMS.
Back office processes such as supplier returns and stock transfers have also been simplified. For example, the items on a delivery note no longer have to be scanned individually for transfer to another branch. It is sufficient to enter the delivery note number once.
Keywords such as inventory, relocation and click & collect make it clear how versatile the software is for intelligently linking stationary branches and online channels. The ROQQIO instore app, which digitizes mobile processes on tablets and smartphones, is therefore also a project that can be easily implemented and is eligible for funding as part of the federal government's Digital Now program.
