The software companies of the Hamburg ROQQIO Group and the CLARITY & SUCCESS Group from Halle Westfalen have merged.
The software companies of the Hamburg ROQQIO Group and the CLARITY & SUCCESS Group from Halle (Westphalia) have merged. Elvaston Equity Partners, whose portfolio companies include both groups, today announced the successful completion of the merger efforts. The merger of the retail software companies creates one of the leading, independent software companies for retail, with 250 employees and a consolidated total annual turnover of over 25 million euros.
Both software technology providers are already active in similar customer segments. The Hamburg-based ROQQIO Group specializes in retail customers from the fashion, sports, shoes and lifestyle sectors, while CLARITY & SUCCESS software manages the trade in jewelry and watches for jewelers and goldsmiths and has established itself with its sister company Terra Software as the market leader in the green branch, with flower shops, garden centers and cemetery gardeners. The ROQQIO Commerce Cloud now supplements these successful activities with e-commerce and omnichannel expertise.
The newly appointed CEO of the group is Dirk De Beer. "The merger of the two companies, which are very successful in their respective fields, gives us the size, the product portfolio and the sales and service skills to remain competitive and successful in the retail business in the future," says the 49-year-old Belgian. "With innovative omnichannel and e-commerce solutions, we will be able to react even better and faster to the increasing digitization needs of our customers in the future and at the same time support our various customer segments with an expanded product portfolio.
