The omnichannel solution from ROQQIO not only combines sales channels - it also brings together software know-how from three federal states.
Our group of companies was formed in June 2018 from the merger of three established software companies. Since then, we have been pulling together, spread across the locations in Hamburg, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse. The fact that almost all colleagues come together in one place, as shown here in the photo, is rather the exception. Normally we network ourselves and our products in many workshops and smaller groups - and communicate daily in online meetings or chats. For example, we are promoting the development of the BuyBye app or the connection of the Commerce Cloud with the stationary systems. Our offer is aimed at a fully integrated omnichannel solution for retail and a seamless customer journey for the end customer.
So that the different departments are now united as well as our solutions, there is sometimes a real ROQQER meeting. For example in Hanover, where the picture was taken. Because even though we all have different daily tasks: from development to project management, sales and administration to management, we pursue a common goal: to offer our customers high-quality and future-oriented solutions and to meet them with professionalism and humanity.
