The ROQQIO customer ROSE Bikes wins the Internet World Business Shop Award 2020 in the category "Best Channel Link" and also secures second place in "Best Customer Service".
This year, the Internet World Business Shop Award was presented in six new categories: best advice, best customer service, best channel link, best product presentation, best B2B shop and most innovative business model. A total of 18 winners were chosen, each with places 1 to 3. A renowned jury of e-commerce experts selected these 18 from a total of 215 companies.
Unfortunately, the gala event for the winners of the shop award, as well as the Internet World Expo planned for the two following days, was canceled at short notice due to the coronovirus.
