TÜV Saarland has again tested the ROQQIO Commerce Cloud for data security and certified it for another year. Large amounts of data, including personal customer information, flow through the SaaS application to different sales channels - it is important that all data is processed securely and protected from unauthorized access.
The software links all sales channels, from the online shop to the stationary branch, so that relevant data can be accessed anywhere and controls complex backend processes such as payment, logistics and order management. Incoming orders are homogenized and forwarded to downstream systems. Customers and dealers must be able to rely on the protection of their data and on compliance with all security standards. After an extensive assessment with regard to data protection conformity and IT security, the ROQQIO Commerce Cloud again received the "Certified data protection system test" mark. In addition, ROQQIO relies on cloud services "made in Germany" and guarantees the protection of the computer servers in German data centers.
