Which shops cater best to their customers? Registrations and evaluations for this year's Shop Usability Award - the renowned award for the online trade industry - are still possible until September 30th. Votes are already being collected via the UX design community UXme.io and the five best shops in each category are automatically nominated for the award.
Among the applicants who have registered so far, there are already four users of ROQQIO software. ROQQIO customers participating in the award are Sporthaus Schuster, Reisenthel, Keller Sports and Sport Münzinger.
Automated backend processes with ROQQIO
Once a year, the Shop Usability Award honors those who ensure a user-friendly shopping experience in the online shop with creativity, commitment and know-how. Mario Raatz, Managing Director of ROQQIO Commerce Solutions, is one of the expert jurors for the well-known e-commerce award this year. In our group of companies, which specializes in retail technology, he is responsible for e-commerce. He is very familiar with the goal of user-friendliness of online shops through the shops of our customers who use the SAAS application ROQQIO Commerce Cloud. ROQQIO customers manage different sales channels with the Commerce Cloud and automate complex backend processes, including order management, payment or logistics.
The Shop Usability Award is presented annually and in 2020 for the 13th time. As in previous years, more than 700 applications are expected from companies or agencies that operate a German-language website with a shopping cart system.
The final decision is made by a jury of top e-commerce experts. The winners will be announced on October 23, 2020 in Rottach-Egern am Tegernsee.
