ROQQIO presents – on World Book Day

April 23 is World Book Day. We'll get you in the mood in advance: with interesting and surprising reading on the subject of technology and business.

tag-des-buches-2021-800x600World Book Day has also been celebrated in Germany since 1996. On this occasion, from April 17th to 23rd, we will let authors and readers who have a special book recommendation for you have their say. The prelude, on April 17th, will be "Storytelling for companies", presented by the author Miriam Rupp and a reader's presentation of the book "What if? What if?”, which gives scientific questions to absurd answers with a wink. It continues with Farmer's Rules for Entrepreneurs (April 18) with surprising new book presentations up to the finale on April 23, which is contested by the "Handbuch Onlineshop" and the clever question of "lack of skilled workers or lack of power".

With this excursus on Book Day, we want to give you small suggestions for a change of perspective in spite of all the thinking about the further development of your company. Or maybe you validate what you are already doing. As with the topic of customer relationships, which the authors Willi Ibbeken and Andreas Pavlenko focus on in their book "Relationship Commerce". The easy-to-read work with a lot of practical relevance deals with the business-promoting effect of personalization and long-term customer loyalty.
