EuroShop 2020: with ROQQIO and new technologies in e-commerce

Live and in color, ROQQIO demonstrates the functions and advantages of Connected Commerce to retailers with the help of a real web shop - the networking of stationary trade with all functions of e-commerce.

The exhibition stand represents a branch where customers are not only in the shop, but are also in the web shop. This seamless integration of both sales worlds, stationary and online, simplifies and improves the sales processes. For example, the customer can use mobile devices to select products, pay online, reserve them, have them sent to their home or exchange them. Other keywords are click & collect, click & reserve or self-checkout, i.e. the cashless shop. The ROQQIO Commerce Cloud runs invisibly and silently in the background, which manages all orders centrally and handles processes smoothly.

At the EuroShop in Düsseldorf in Hall 6, Stand A45, from February 16th to 20th, ROQQIO will be showing future-oriented technologies to significantly improve the attractiveness of stationary retail and to increase sales. Because ROQQIO mobilizes the stationary trade and relocates the business to where the customer is. The buyer can be active both online and offline through processes such as Click & Collect or Click & Reserve. Because he and his expectations are the focus at all times and at every touchpoint.

The trade fair visitor receives a voucher with which he can purchase a product. After redemption in the web shop, a barcode is created. With the barcode in their luggage, which is scanned at the checkout or with a smartphone or tablet, they finally collect the goods from the shop at the stand.

In the real scenario, the customer is lured back into the branch by automation technologies: For example, he can spontaneously choose a different size when trying on a pair of jeans and thus avoid annoying returns and annoying trips to the packing station. At the same time, dealers bind consumers as regular customers by offering friendly on-site advice.

As a further technology, ROQQIO will demonstrate the BuyBye app - not only as a modern self-checkout solution, but also as a digital alternative to the obligation to issue receipts. Receipts can be viewed at any point in the purchase history - no more environmentally harmful thermal paper and no more chaos in your handbag. From product selection to ordering and reservations, cashless payment to advice and collection on site, trade fair visitors experience the entire customer journey in action.
