EHI reta award 2021: ROQQIO awarded as Top Supplier Retail
The EHI Retail Institute, together with an international jury, has awarded companies with the best ideas for technologies in retail. As a technology partner of ROSE Bikes, we received the “Top Supplier Retail” award. The Retail Technology Awards Europe (reta) will be presented for the 14th time this year. The individual projects will be introduced in an online session on March 15th as part of the EHI Innovation Days.
Best Connected Retail Solution
Together with our customer ROSE Bikes, we applied for the reta award in the “Best Connected Retail Solution” category. At ROSE Bikes, the vertical performance and lifestyle bicycle brand from Bocholt (Germany), the aim is to expand the online shop into a sales platform. For example, selected accessories and special bicycles from other brands and manufacturers are to be offered on the platform. The further development of ROSE as an “online first” omnichannel provider brings with it special challenges and complex processes: As an omnichannel retailer, ROSE is not only pushing ahead with the merging of its online and offline channels and the strengthening of its own brand, but also opens up its ecosystem for other manufacturers and suppliers who need to be integrated into the platform. ROSE Bikes is supported by our fully integrated omnichannel solution, which enables a channel-independent, seamless customer journey.
International competition
In the “Best Connected Retail Solution” category awards were also given to the sports company INTERSPORT, with a solution for the French market, and the Danish Salling Group, a large supermarket operator. The international jury also granted the reta award in three other categories. Winners were also selected for the “Best Instore Solution”, the “Best Enterprise Solution” and, for the first time, also for the “Best AI & Robotics Application”. Retail companies worldwide could apply. Both the degree of innovation and the strategic benefit of the respective technology project were assessed. The service companies participating in the winning projects each received the “Top Supplier Retail 2021” award. The winners will present their solutions from 2 p.m. CET. Participation is free.
