EuroCIS 2022: ROQQIO, the Commerce Solutions division of the Remira Group, presents the functions of the in-store app live and in color on an oversized smartphone

Optimized customer experience, better advice and faster checkout

 

At this year's EuroCIS in Düsseldorf, ROQQIO, the Commerce Solutions division of the Remira Group, has an oversized smartphone with a pre-installed in-store app in its luggage. From May 31st to June 2nd, visitors to the trade fair in Hall 9, Stand E21 can test features such as the digital shopping cart and the pre-entry of receipts for the mobile checkout directly in a real scenario. In this way, the sales can be recorded in advance via the app on the shop floor in the digital shopping cart and forwarded to the stationary checkout in the branch, where ultimately only the payment is made. Alternatively, the checkout can be carried out directly on the mobile device. In any case, the employee has more time for the actual consultation and the customer benefits from shorter queues.

The new ship-from-store function, click & reserve and click & collect are just a few of the numerous options that make it easier for retailers to optimally implement omnichannel concepts and ensure the merging of different sales channels: they bridge the gap between the online shop and the branch, by ordering products online to try on or taking them to the store, or by sending the items directly from the brick-and-mortar store to the customer's home. No matter where customer requests arise - sales staff take care of the preliminary communication and customer identification with the in-store app. Whether the employees on site want to process the inquiries via smartphone or tablet is up to them. The responsive design with the intuitive user interface is optimized for all formats.

At the Remira Group stand in Hall 9, Stand E21, the management is available for discussions at the trade fair for innovations and solutions for everything to do with smart stores and smart retail.
