The updated ROQQIO instore app offers a responsive design that now guides you through the functions even more intuitively and clearly on a wide variety of mobile devices. In this way, users enjoy maximum flexibility when choosing the hardware. For example, the smartphone can be used for inventory, while customer service in the brick-and-mortar store prefers to use a tablet. In addition, the revised graphic user interface of the app is cleaner and clearer. A new main menu and the unified presentation of pages and symbols ensure a seamless look and feel. Thanks to the resulting increased user-friendliness, daily tasks can now be completed faster, easier and more flexibly with the instore app.
Versatile range of functions - now also with ship-from-store
The ROQQIO Instore App enables companies to be closer to the needs of customers - with innovative omnichannel services that not only strengthen customer loyalty, but also increase convenience for everyone involved. With the new Ship-from-Store function, ROQQIO has now added another feature that contributes to the merging of the different sales channels. Orders placed via a company's online shop can now be sent directly from the branch without any problems. Employees in the store are informed via the in-store app that and to whom an item is to be sent. The merchandise management system from ROQQIO reserves the goods to be shipped - the available stock in the relevant branch is automatically reduced accordingly. In the meantime, all the information required for shipping can be called up in the app. The dispatch of the goods and thus the completion of the order is returned as a message via the in-store application.
ROQQIO thus supplements the omnichannel functions Click & Reserve and Click & Collect that are already integrated in the app. These bridge the gap between the online shop and the store via app when a product is ordered online to try on or to take to the store. In the brick-and-mortar store, the sales staff conveniently handle both the preliminary communication and the customer identification with the app. With ship-from-store, there is now a further connection between online and offline business: Customer requests are communicated to the branch online and managed in a customer-friendly manner without personal contact.
